… Some rain must fall. They say it likes it’s a bad thing. 😉
I love the rain. I love rainy days. They’re so peaceful and the sound rain makes falling through the leaves is the most soothing sound I know. Sitting on my veranda with a cup of hot tea and watching the rain fall while I listen is one of my very favorite things to do.
The autumn rains have just begun where I live, and in honor of them, I’m posting a gallery of six images inspired by that (in addition to the one below).

Hello dear Robin, you are absolutely right—rain is wonderful. I sleep in an attic room, and I love it when the rain drums against the roof tiles and the skylight at night; that’s when I sleep best. Your photos are beautiful and inspiring. 💗 💗 😘 🥰
